configure options are the options which are needed for the installation only. There is only one problematical option which is not solved until now - --with-hierarchy-level. If we move this to config.xml then you can run ./configure without any options. Perhaps I do this change over the weekend. This would also result in fully usable RPMs and DEBs. Perhaps this is the most important argument.
I removed --with-hierarchy-level from configure. The next generations of packages are fully usable for endusers. Documentation updated too.

The CVS and the snapshots for 0.9.2 are identical. All parts of OpenCA are now in the CVS. The problem is that the CVS server of sourceforge has a service outage between 16:30 and 17:00 o'clock GMT. So the CVS is up-to-date but I cannot publish a snapshot before monday.
