I tried to enable Italian language support in OpenCA-0.9.1-5 using the configure option --with-language=it_IT, did a "make clean" and make "install-ca" but I still get all web pages in English. What should I check to enable Italian web interface?
Nothing. Some translations are rather incomplete. The reason is that the translation of 0.9.1 is really difficult. This was one of the TODOs for 0.9.2. I know that this is the baddest explanation at all. The i18n roadmap is the following one.
0.9.2.0 -> frozen strings and translation guidelines 0.9.2.1 -> first full translations
