After a more accurate analysis I saw .js files are really translated, while .html pages are still in english and the same happens with other languages (I tried German translation). Can you confirm this?
No: in my installation (openca 0.9.1.3), web pages are translated correctly. Check your OPENCASRCDIR/src/web-interfaces/pub/i18n/it_IT/htdocs (or any other interface instead of "pub"): you should find .html pages translated. And, if you pass the option "language=it_IT" to "make", you should get them installed ...
