I have noticed that in the file ca.xml appears a tag
like this:

<form>/usr/local/OpenCA/lib/servers/ca/sheets/login_passwd.html</form>

But in my /usr/local/OpenCA/lib/servers/ca the folder
sheets/ doesn't exist, why? that could be the reason
of the problem I have initializing OpenCA??
