  If you've tried openca-0.9.2-RC1, then ther'e was a bug in viewCSR,
and form didn't contain hidden field 'signature'. Give a try to CVS
version. It might work. It also has support for secclab plugin, and now
you can sign requests with Mozilla browser too, if you have secclab
installed.
