yes i've followed the config file , and there is nothing wrong shown on the screen. the screen shows "/bin/tar -t /dev/fd0 , i've no idea about whether this is the place where the file be written . but after the export , the floppy cannot be read.> floppy drive and disk are both ok. > anyone has idea,please help me > thank you
Are you sure that you have your export routine pointing to the floppy device ? Have a look in the config file.
Are there any errors on the screen when you do the export ?
The screen tells you where it has written the export file, does it say /dev/fd0/exchange.tar (or whatever you have called it) ?
