That's correct. Bugfixing has first priority.
But one thing is strange: A short look in src/common/lib/locale/de_DE/openca.po tells me that some terms are translated which are nevertheless shown in english. Example:
Request a certificate -> Basic Request
"Level Of Assurance ..." still in english although it seems that all occurrences of this term are translated in openca.po ...
This is not fully correct. I checked the "center of strings" src/common/lib/locale/pot/ :)
The problem is that xgettext finds strings which we don't like to translate. Therefore I created several files (exclude_*.pot) which include strings which are ignored during merging the pot file. I was a "little" bit fast when I created the files so several strings should be removed from the exclude files because they must be translated. I checked exclude cmds for the string "Level " and found several strings which must be translated. So I will commit a new translation base in some minutes.
BTW look into the Makefile in pot/ to undertsand the extraction mechanism. Every improvement is welcomed.

If you need a translator for german, I can do this, if you like ... is there an instruction for contribution?
There are instructions for new languages (I18N) but there is already a German translation. So you have "only" to fix the bugs in the po(t) files and then you have to send the openca.po and changed exclude_*.pot files to Dalini, Oliver or me (these are the German developers). This should be enough.
