Certificate 0 FAILED (error -4: Distinguished name
conflicts with basedn(s).)

It's clear that I have something wrong in my
configuration files, but what??
Any help on this would be very appreciated.

thats in your ldap config
BASE dc=ubiquando,dc=com

and i guess your certificate looks different at least the dn ;o) - like the error msg says...

so you cert hase to have: dc=ubiquando,dc=com
or you have to dadopt your ldap config to match
the dn of your cert maybe something like
o=yahoo,c=es

or whatever you did put in there...
if you wann use dc style at openca you have to change
the config files in etc/server and openssl i think
(i'm not sure right know) but somewhere there is
the configuration of the attributes used in the
certs...

while generating the ca-cert you can change the dn before generating the request at the init-procedure just at the webformular...
