ok - I didnt see that - it is sufficient to setup one node only and use this.1) You dont need the "nodes" when running on one database
2) the "--with-hierarchy-level=ca" is no longer effectiv in 0.9.2, this affected the dataexchange settings which are now in the config.xml file. The default value there is "no dataexchnage" what fits perfectly what you are doing.
...but i have a root-ca and a sub-ca. How will i (for example) export the request for the sub-ca cert to the root-ca if there are no exchange devices/directories defined/enabled??

I didn't quite understand the meaning of this???? Can you/anybody help?
IIRC you dont need this with the new setup...
