Hi Jochen,

1) You dont need the "nodes" when running on one database
2) the "--with-hierarchy-level=ca" is no longer effectiv in 0.9.2, this affected the dataexchange settings which are now in the config.xml file. The default value there is "no dataexchnage" what fits perfectly what you are doing.

...but i have a root-ca and a sub-ca. How will i (for example) export the request for the sub-ca cert to the root-ca if there are no exchange devices/directories defined/enabled??

ok - I didnt see that - it is sufficient to setup one node only and use this.

..another point i found in the openca_guide is:

there is mentionen to modify the "magic"

./configure_etc.sh between

step 3a and 3b (see above)
