used operating system version of perl version of openssl used webbrowsers
used type of request (pkcs#10, basic, webbrowser generated, ...) some details of requested certificate values (if not confidantial) like used cn, and so on...
what changes to the configuration for roles, the webinterface and so on did you do, if any
