used type of request (pkcs#10, basic, webbrowser generated, ...)
some details of requested certificate values (if not confidantial)
like used cn, and so on...
what changes to the configuration for roles, the webinterface and so on
did you do, if any
I have already provided most of those information at the begining of
this thread, in my initial message:

But I actually didn't mention the web browsers used because I thought
that this was not relevant, but maybe I'm wrong. So to do the user
certificate request I use alternatively Mozilla or Firefox. As for the
type of the CSR I don't know, so I guess I use the OpenCA default.
