After installing openca and editing config.xml, running configure_etc.sh
fails on every template. Here's the last bit of stdout (stdout for all
the templates look like this):

 =================================================================
 fixing directory: /var/www/htdocs/batch
 =================================================================
 -------------begin file-----------------
 template: ./index.html.template
 target: ./index.html
 Error:
 Message:
 --------------end file------------------

Running the script on that template manually produces the same [non]error:

 # cd htdocs/batch/
 # /usr/local/bin/openca-configure /usr/local/OpenCA/etc/config.xml
./index.html.template ./index.html
 Error:
 Message:
 #

Any advice would would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Nate Johnson
