IE will only update the CRL if it has expired ! Try deleting the crl from
the temporary internet files folder.

The CDP in a certificate is the location where to find the CRL that that
certificate "would" appear in if it was revoked.

Good, so we are getting there ! I think the CRL expiry is causing you a
problem at the moment.
