I have done this, and whene I tryed to access a local
https site using IE, new crl is not added to the
temporary internet files folder even after expiry of
crl, IE juste show a message to indicate that
informations about certificate revocation related to
site are not available.

Hmm, this looks like IE can't get the CDP information from the certificate. Are you sure you can browse to the CDP using a browser ?

Have you any idea how to resolve this problem?
I want also ask if crl update is made only in the
temporary internet files folder, or also in user's
certificats store?

I think it is just the temp internet file folder.
