Are you sure that the certificates was in the ra database?? I think that maybe
the certificates are not present in the ra database.
How to find out that the certificates is in the RA database? Step by step please. :-)
I'll already try this:
1. From CA node: Administration - Dataexchange - Enroll data to a lower level
of the hierarchy - Configuration
2. From RA node: Administration - Dataexchange - Download data from a higher
level of the hierarchy - Configuration
3. From RA node: Administration - Server Init - Database Setup - Initialize
Database - PKI Setup - Import Configuration
4. From RA server: Information - CA Certificates - Valid >>> The CA Certifcates
is present in the RA server same as in the CA Server
5. From RA node: Administration - Backup & Recovery - Rebuild OpenSSL's
database and next serialnumber
It still "Error 700 *General Error* The compilation of the command
cmdRebuildOpenSSLindexDB failed. panic: array extend at
/usr/local/openca.0.9.2/openca/lib/functions/crypto-utils.lib line 369."
I need some help & advise. Oh man, I'm so desperate. :'(
