Dear experts,

First, i"m sorry my english not good. Second, i want to thanks for all your help. I finally solve this problem. Hundreds time i reinstall CA & RA on different machine. I almost desperate (or maybe already). :-D But it is a good things for the process to fix the error and solve the problem. The problem is simple, there is no database in the RA. So, i import all (including the database from CA). I try to reinstall (clean install) all the CA & RA, the Error shown again. To fix this error: 1. In CA Node, Administration, Dataexchange, Enroll data to a lower level of the hierarchy -> All 2. In RA Node, Administration, Dataexchange, Download data from a higher level of the hierarchy -> All
3. In RA Node, Administration, Backup and Recovery, Database
4. CA & RA now is Production, after 7 month Development. :-D
5. Now, i can approve CSR from subscriber.
