I am so sorry. Damn. It seems like I missed to install perl-devel.
Without it EXTERN.h is missing of course and I was to dumb to recheck it.
Now make runs through while still having this Pod::Man error. But it
seems like this is no serious problem for I don't get an error which
stops make.
