Why doesnt configure or make complain about this?
Again i'd like to ask why configure doesnt complain about missing
modules?
because the original developers who wrote config.in did not include
appropriate checks, I suppose.
The required Perl modules are stated in the openca-guide.pdf
documentation, chapter 3.1.1, table 3.1.
