If you want to add additional OID (i.e. uid) in DN and as a result - in LDAP, then you have to modify some OpenCA configuration files - on RA side openca_etc/servers/ra.conf.template (CSR_SUPPORTED_ATTRIBUTES), on CA side openca_etc/servers/ca.conf.template, and your LDAP server scheme files. To be more specific and precise I need to have better understanding of what you want to do/have.
