IMHO for that you'll need to use third party application, maybe your own. 
In standard condition OpenCA will create in LDAP such structure, which is
defined in DN (C=XX,OU=...,O=...,CN=...). But public key as a value for
RDN... If you plan to create certificate with RDN "uid" filled with public
key, please ensure, that maximum length of "uid" RDN will be less or equal
to public key length.

But what is idea of such defining public key in DN? If you need an
additional unique id, use certificate serial in DN.
