The new project is not ready for its first release, and it will be quite
different in that it will be more easy to use and install. We are currently
adressing several aspects:
* A new libPKI library which will allows easy development of applications
   to interact with CA services (e.g. this will allow extensions to Firefox
   or other applications to provide easy-to-use interfaces to the users and
   to the CA managers)
* Portability of the codebase
* Protocol Extensions (e.g. XKMF, etc...)

And other aspects.. we will provide more informations as soon as they are
available, of course. Just be patience... :-D I will come up with some
documentation about the new CORE infrastructure as soon as possible, but
not that soon. Hopefully we'll also collaborate with major software distributors
and some Universities to address current problems (especially mass certs
issuing).
