As I said, it can be that another users is trying to sign his PKCS#10 with the key pair of a user to which you issued a certificate in the past, so you cannot find the other issued certificate because it is issued to another one. I don't know what device or application you use to request certificates to the CA so I cannot help on how to uninstall the key pair.
