Hi Janet,

is the failure appearing in logfile or does it appear on the web page
when you try to start the RA-Interface?
The debugging function of openca helped me often to find out the
source of the problems I ran into. I am affraid I can't have a look on
my PKI to tell you further details because I changed my employer. But
perhaps you already know where you can start debugging.

If the problem is coming from a perl script it can alos be helpful to
start the perl script from the console and have a look at the output
(perhaps at which line the failure is occuring), then you can find out
if perhaps a module is missing.

One last advice that helped me a lot: When you find the source for a
problem, write it down and after fixing several problems do a complete
new installation and solve the problems before. This helped me a lot,
especially when I forgot some perl scripts at my first tries, because
sometimes if you do something wrong more than one error can follow ;-)
I did 7 new installations of my public interface during my bachelor
exams *g* But in the end openca worked perfectily.

Kind regards, Matthias.
