Hi Samuel,

are you sure you are copying the rbac from 
/opt/openca/var/openca/tmp/tmp_21400...
I assume you are running a script for that, right ? Have you tried to print
out the full paths (just a `pwd` in your script would do the trick) ?

Another thing you can take a look at is the permits on the RA, is the rbac
dir writable by the web-server user ?
