First, sorry my english. I started my english course 1 year ago, and I'm
studing yet.
So, according my smartcard especiallists, PKCS#15 is like a file structure
in smartcard.
For create a cert in openca, you should use pub interface, and choose the
options to smartcard.
In Linux doesn't use CSP, only in Windows.
