@Carlos: Thank you. I'm too old to use this expression, but OMG, it works. I downloaded the latest sources, compared them to what was installed, and simply replaced OpenCA::DBI.pm from the sources, and the import works. It seems to be the only significant difference. I was about to start injecting debugging code to go hunting (and installing 1.5.0 to see if that worked).
Problem solved. Thank you again. However, note that the db restore still rquires that I put the CA private key password in the token.xml file, which is not very secure. Thank you.
