Hello;

I have just installed versions:
 - 1.5.1 of OpenCa Base
 - 1.3.1 of the OpenCA tools
onto an Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server.
Perl version is : 5.14.2
Current version is running CA, RA, Pub, and Node on single box. However I have
tried the installation several times, both single box and multiple boxes.

I am receiving the error listed in the subject line, after I have;
 - requested a certificate from the public page
 - then after filling out the forms on the two pages, clicked on the “generate
certificate” button
 - then I receive an email asking to click on a link to verify that it was me
requesting the email.
 - Clicking on the link, takes me to the public page of the OpenCA server, but
gives me this error message and never verifies the certificate request.

In searching the lists, the only email that I have found that was even close
was the below email, it has the same error message as well as the rest of the
error message, however the fix listed in this email does not apply to my
situation. As I have stated I re-installed on different machines 5 or six
times now, (to include re-installing the OS) and the ONLY problem that I am
running into is this email verification. I have gone as far as connecting to
the database, and changing the status of the certificate from TEMPNEW to NEW
and then going on with the rest of the process and all works with no problems.

Email thread I found with same problem:
http://sourceforge.net/p/openca/mailman/message/11285335/

Full error message is the following:
[initServer:314] The xml path to the access control is missing
(/usr/local/etc/openca/rbac/cmds/verifyEmail;ser=1568;tag=4e3d1bc7baa89c8755b8552e7cfc590c048c5120.xml:
 command_config/command/name).

Yes, I have verified that all of the files are where they should be, and that
the permissions are what I believe they should be based on other email, during
my search.

Further messages I get in the /usr/local/var/openca/log/xml_cache.log

OpenCA::XML::Cache> Wed May 28 02:48:01 2014 UTC message:

I have searched the system and the only file that I cannot find in the above
error message is 4e3d1bc7baa89c8755b8552e7cfc590c048c5120.xml …

Thank you in advance for any help provided, and please let me know if there is
any further information I can provide.

Thanks
Thomas
