It is not a "feature", but you should be able to import a CA certificate
into IE... did you succeed in importing into Netscape ???

it seems like the cryptoshell is not initialized, you should check:
1. OpenSSL version (should be 0.9.5+ );
2. cgi-ca/ca.conf file ( for paths and so on );
3. Have you installed the modules provided ?
