Using version 0.2.0-4, it works perfectly for Netscape, but when using IE,
it apparently can't open the CA certificate, gives the "save as" option. If
I try to proceed without importing the certificate, the CA site complains
that "you're not using Netscape, but an unsupported browser", not just that
there's no CA certificate in the browser.
I can't still get the new snapshot to work... more on that below.

Check, check, check. I tried uninstalling and installing manually, but
without the modules, and it complains ("server error") about each one until
all of them are installed. Then it just gives the "document contains no
data" error in Netscape, and the above line in the Apache error log.
