Thanks I will work on it. Anyway wich version of the TRIStateCGI version
do you use ?

Check if the RAop's certificate is correctly verified by Netscape.

The error should not persist into the new versions. Anyway did
you correctly installed the verify tool ??? ( check installation
targets).
