Since you are using NT you could stop the Smart card Resource Manager and
the GCR410 driver from the services and devices (respectively) groups at the
control panel.
Then the port will be free and perfectly accessible through OCF. Whenever
you need to use PC/SC simply start the service and the device driver from
the same groups in the control panel.
