There is the difference between those cards. The most is that MPCOS-EMV is
not EMV-compliant card (with the usual OS, sure), as you can see on VISA.com
("List of approved cards", I don't remember exactly and have no time to
check) MPCOS-EMV is only approved for Easy Entry. MPCOS-EMV is a good
product, but VISA and all the other already forget about this product. So,
