Dear Sir/Madam, We are R&D group of Anod bank in Mongolia. We are seeking for anyone who is able to teach us smart card programming on volunteer basis. We are intending to develop the smart card solution by our own. It will be of great importance for us to use the existing programming technology, which allows to assemble solutions in a visual programming environment. We are afraid of long learning curve. If you want to come to Mongolia as a tourist, we will cover local travel cost. Because it is very useful for us to communicate with high level specialist like you.
