Good luck, I think that it is a lot of work, but feasible. I would do it
like Java using JNI to native towitoko's SCARD32.DLL interface. Completely
pure Java communicating directly with COM port would be nice, but I don't
think that towitoko company released publicly the COM information protocol
to communicate with their readers directly..
