I'm a bit confused about PCT-200, but I assume that it is a kind of Towitoko
reader, isn't it? If yes, then towitoko drivers are able to execute I2C, but
definitely not through PC/SC. However, I'm not sure whether OCF has some
constraints about handling of protocols different than T=0 or T=1.
