I suggest that you use the Jar file from "FreeSET" first.

I originally put up this page for a hacked version of this driver that I
made so that it would work with the Schlumberger Cyberflex Access card.
It seems, though, that it's hard to find these drivers, so I decided to host
them along with a link to the originals from whence I found them.
