Hello,

I just read that you have solved your problem due to the reader;
however, I have a few hints to give about your questions.

Version 0.2 has been available since beginning of April and can be
found at:

http://www.gemplus.fr/developers/technologies/opencard/cardservices/download.html

Also, a new project has been started in order to enhance the drivers
and probably reach a 1.0 version :-)

And they might never be probably as the adviced card for
development is now GPK8000... Also you didn't need to read the
source code :-), this is explained in the "Backward Compatibility"
section of the GPK CardServices Home-Page (this page can also be
found in the tar.gz or zip package).

Yes of course. If you find anything that doesn't work you can
send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] who will forward your
remarks to the new development team (the driver's author, Dominique,
is not working in this area anymore so it's better to contact
the new people). Also please note that this code is free software.
This means that: you are free to use it or not, you are free to write
your own from scratch, you are free to start from this code and
provide us with problem reports and even fixes ! we welcome all
contributions ;-)

Cheers,
Christophe.
