Hello everybody.
I am using a DELL Latitude CPi A366XT laptop running Windows NT. To enable LAN an
Ethernet PC Card is used. Therefore the Softex PCMCIA Manager is installed.
After installing the drivers for the SCM readers (PC Card and serial one) and the
Microsoft Smart Card Resource Manager both readers are not detected. The SCM
diagnostic tool detects the Resource Manager is not running.
Does anyone know the reason why?
