For the first problem, you should have in your classpath an entry with an
absolute path on cryptog.jar, something like that:
CLASSPATH= .... ;"c:\yourlib\cryptog.jar"; ...
In addition, in the directory c:\yourlib, the following files and
directories must be present:

 - c:\yourlib\cryptix-lib\Cryptix.properties
 - c:\yourlib\ijce-lib\IJCE.properties

All this files are available the install directory of the gemxpresso Rad (by
default, c:\gemplus\gemxpresso.rad2\lib).
