This is a known bug from OCF 1.1.1. You can either:
- replace "OCF11CardServiceFactory.class" in "base-opt.jar". See my
previous email: http://www.opencard.org/archive/opencard/0458.html
on the subject where I explain how to create a new "base-opt.jar"
JAR file (and attached a version of "OCF11CardServiceFactory.class"
that works).
or
- upgrade to OCF 1.2 where the bug has been fixed. But, then make
sure that you also have one package (management) that has been
forgotten and is still necessary for GemXpresso. See this page for
more details:

And then, either way, you will be able to use the PassThruCardService
to send APDUs to your card.
