Hello,
I suggest you to put pscs.jar in your classpath instead of java/jre/lib/ext.
If you really want to put it in java/jre/lib/ext, then try to copy base-core
and base-opt in jre/lib/ext too. In addition, don't forget that PCFPCSC1.DLL
must be present in your PATH.

I try to use pcsc.jar for my PC/SC terminal.
Environment:
Install my PC/SC terminal (I can use it by non-Java program)
Set classpath -- base-core.jar,base-opt.jar
Copy pcsc.jar to java/jre/lib/ext
In opencard.properties --
OpenCard.terminals=com.ibm.opencard.terminal.pcsc10.Pcsc10CardTerminalFactor

Result:ry
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: opencard/core/terminal/CardTerminalFactory
Where is mistake ?
