I guess this may not be the appropriate forum.
But anyway, if I am not wrong, outer-CBC has something to do with the IVs. It uses
only one IV, whereas inner-CBC uses 3 IVs. Also, inner-CBC can be faster than
outer-CBC because of its parallel nature.
