in these days we were dealing with smart messages (GSM 03.40 -
www.etsi.org), but i think the most useful docs were the PDF's
from forum.nokia.com (formally you should register yourself)
about smart messaging over TDMA (for Ericsson and Nokia devices)
and related documents, which describes the misterious \\SCKL
commands :-)
if you will not find them, send me a mail on Monday to the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] address, and i will send to you the
mentioned docs!
maybe they will not help you too much to send APDU-s, but you
will know more about sending non-data SMS messages...
