Peter: I'm new to the list and only saw the converstaions on the HC
digest. Is there a web page of archives or somewhere to view a
charter or plan of attack? Have any assignments been made? The a
general goal has been set. Now how to achieve it?

Peter: I'd expect that C++ would be a better tool (no experience
myself), but I suspect the development tool would be driven also by
what body of experience the contributors have. Certainly there are
more C++ programmers out there. A real consideration should also be
what will yield the best product.
