Adrian:  I'll take a look at PGP and see if I can work it out, it's actually
based on the RSA public key method that I unsuccessfully tried to implement.
If I can work it out (and I think I should be able to) I'd be happy to take
the vote.  I may even be able to automate this voting process which would be
extremely secure (unless I decided to abuse my position, which I'm not going
to).  Hmm, have to look into that as well.
