 sorry, I meant the changes I sent to Anthony. It basically boiled down to
including <math.h> instead of <fp.h>, defining MACINTOSH when macintosh is
defined (CW defines macintosh while Anthony's code expects MACINTOSH). There
might have been more but I think that's what should get you through the
worst.
