Alain,

 that's what I'm trying to find out. I got the impression it wasn't, but
wwwith my English I'm very likely to fall for legal pitfalls and I'd prefer
a native speaker to examine this. Best would be a lawyer.

 Yup. Would serve our purposes and theirs.
