 Wait a second, I mis-read �2: It says you may apply those patches & bug
fixes "derived from the Public Domain or from the Copyright Holder." This
means it'd only be changes we distribute, right? That's OK. Still, we
should require any changes to be clearly designated before a copy can be
distributed.

 True, but if someone would like to see a PD fix added to OC so he/she can
distribute it, they can simply send it to us and we can agree. Shouldn't be
much slower and will ensure there aren't versions out there that contain
fixes which break other parts or ports.
