Alain,

 Richard's (4th World's) Licence is for his SuperCard XCMDs. He has
different goals than we have.

 I think so. It's what they used to make their XCMDs public, and as they're
a company that used to make money with them, too, I'm sure they fetched
their lawyer to set this up.
