I just deleted my version and put yours in instead. So, Anthony's proposal

Oh, and BTW, I just wrote down what had been decided so far. That was where
we arrived in the end. The discussion wasn't closed. So, now we need that
voting CGI, then we'll let MOB RULE(tm) decide on whether we adopt this
licence.
